San Antonio residential brokerage company Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Bradfield Properties plans to merge with Austin-based HomeCity Real Estate and San Antonio-based Ultimate Realty as it continues to expand across South and Central Texas.
Better Homes and Gardens Bradfield Properties said the merger will help the company provide a wider array of services, including the implementation of the (RE)gen technology platform developed by HomeCity Real Estate. (RE)gen is a platform for managing transactions that helps with lead management, recruiting, and broker and agent reporting. The technology will be rolled out across the company’s 10 offices, which mainly serve the Austin, San Antonio and Corpus Christi areas.
“The implementation of (RE)gen marks a significant milestone in our journey in becoming the brokerage of the future," said Jim Pfirrmann, CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Bradfield Properties, in a statement.
The merger will add nearly 150 agents in the Austin market. Bradfield Properties has nearly 400 agents across Texas.
Meanwhile, the merger of Bradfield Properties and Ultimate Realty combines two growing property management companies, Bradfield Properties’ Bluebonnet Property Management and Ultimate’s Ready Rentals, which now manage over 350 rental units.
